In the case of incurring an injury due to a Retro Gym Club class, I accept it will my responsibility. Note for anyone pregnant: We recommend that if it's your first time at a Retro Gym Club class that you come after the first trimester. Cancellation Policy: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You will be charged for cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before the class starts ($10). If you don't turn up to the class and haven't cancelled it or let us know, then you will lose your session. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if the reason for your cancellation was due to an emergency or circumstance outside of your control. If you need to cancel please message us via our Retro Gym Club facebook page. Purchase Policy: Must be paid for in full online. Our classes are for adults because adults deserve fun stuff for themselves. Please note all purchases are non-refundable and not transferable. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us and we do not disclose any information about you to third parties. Etiquette: Participants at Retro Gym Club are expected to behave appropriately, with respect, courtesy and manners at all times. Disruptive and unsocial behaviour will not be tolerated. In serious cases of misconduct, or ongoing behavioural issues, Retro Gym Club reserves the right to instantly dismiss the participant(s) as deemed appropriate, with no refund.
